"Monthly" update...................

I am completely unoriginal in my choice of picture....but I felt it time to give an update! We've had quite the month since our last post. Here's a rundown!

First, our scripture reading is going GREAT! We've been so blessed and have gotten into the habit of getting up early...it doesn't hurt...as bad...anymore to get up! We have such great kids. There's only been a couple mornings where there was an issue of what was going to happen. ;)

My favorite was Sam telling me (after a couple days of having to get up 20 min. earlier) that he was going to miss scripture study. When I asked him why he told me he was going to be sleeping in to...and I quote..."catch up on some sleep". I just looked at him, wondering if he thought I was actually going to bite?! I told him while I under stood his concern...he'd be fine and missing wasn't an option at this point. Wait till early morning seminary hits!

Jason and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary on the 29th of March. I love that it's always just him and I. I love that I'm still completely hot for him! I love our friendship and partnership. Just sooo grateful! Words cannot express! (I also got a new wedding ring...LOVE IT!)

We've also been having great FHE, which I'm not gonna lie....a little surprised about! We got out of the habit and I've re-committed myself to the basics. Sometimes with older kids, it just doesn't go that well. I've decided we have AMAZING children.

We found some great..ish news about Jason. We had yet another scare, but all is well. We did find out that his common bile duct is collapsed in an area. It's causing his bilirubin to back up, but the good news is, no surgery!!! The bad news is...there is surgery in his future, just not till it gets bad! Once again, we see and feel the Lord in our lives.

The rest is just day in and day out mayhem and madness....which I love! (the routine...not the madness)
